Toiletries are not enough for 2 persons. Always asking for towels. Didn't clean the toilet bowl. Hallway / room smells cigarettes. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Extremely Disappointed Stay. I will prefer to chose another hotel during my next trip.
1-) Location is near to most of commercial places and landmarks 2-) Parking was available - except Thursday Nights 3-) Rhythm Night was good.
Most Important Comment:- This was my 2nd stay at this Hotel. 1st one in 2019 was excellent, but now Hotel is clearly facing huge Budget Cut, and their services have become quite poor. 1-) Problem check-in/out - Only 1 person available for luggage for all guests. We have to wait for long time if we want to avail this service. 2-) Swimming Pool Water is not clean. 3-) Swimming Pool temperature controlling function is damaged. Water is cold like glacier after 5 pm. My kids were extremely disappointed with this as they were unable to enjoy in pool. The major reason for selecting this hotel was indoor Pool facility. 4-) Suana room is not maintained. 5-) Extreme Dirty carpets with random deep marks all across the room area. Furniture is old without repair. 6-) Walls of room are dirty with children pencil drawings here and there. 7-) Worn seat cover of room chair. 8-) No room service for first 2 days despite of phone calls. I requested receptionist 3rd day in-person and then my room was cleaned. Even then, they did not provide room tissue paper box and washroom rolls.! 9-) No updating of toiletries. We have to use 3-4 small soaps/shampoo during our whole stay. Luckily we had our own Shampoo and Soap with us. 10-) Breakfast needs to be improved. At-least fresh fruit juices should be added.
